The Ethics & Compliance seminar was held in Tunis from 24 to 27 June 2024, bringing together 44 participants from the Ethics and Compliance Departments of Castel Afrique and Somdia. The event provided a platform for exchanging and sharing ideas on key compliance issues for the future of both divisions.
Among the topics discussed, the employees in charge of Compliance within the Somdia division received in-depth training on the fight against corruption, an important step in the anti-corruption compliance programme aimed at strengthening the teams.
The seminar covered all aspects of the Compliance programme, including risk mapping, the forthcoming overhaul of the Code of Conduct, the Gan reporting platform, the Conflicts of Interest policy, the PEKYS procedure and compliance reporting.
Finally, the seminar was marked by rich exchanges and the sharing of experiences between participants, creating a new synergy within the Group. This spirit of collaboration and innovation promises great progress for a common future within the Castel Group, in order to ‘Grow Together’.
