Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website
Article 1 – Purpose
These general conditions are intended to provide information about the SOMDIA group and govern the use of the website (hereinafter the Site), owned by SOMDIA S.A.
The SOMDIA group refers to all companies affiliated with it in which SOMDIA S.A. holds a majority stake.
By accessing the Site, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions and agrees to comply with them.
Article 2 – Fair Use
The user agrees not to engage in any acts that may alter or disrupt the normal operation of the Site in any way.
Likewise, the user agrees not to misuse the information, especially personal information, found on the Site.
Article 3 – Intellectual Property
The user agrees to respect the intellectual property rights associated with the Site and its content, regardless of its nature.
In particular, the user agrees not to reproduce or represent the Site, by any means and in any form, without the express prior authorization of SOMDIA S.A.
Furthermore, unless stated otherwise, the intellectual property rights to the documents contained on the Site and each element created for or implemented on the Site are the exclusive property of the SOMDIA group, which does not grant any license or right other than the right to access the Site.
In particular, the trademarks and other intellectual property rights mentioned on the Site are owned by the relevant entities of the SOMDIA group. Reproduction of any documents published on the Site is only authorized for the exclusive purpose of personal and private use, with any reproduction or use of copies made for other purposes expressly prohibited.
Finally, any user providing information to the SOMDIA group grants the group all transferable rights related to that information and authorizes the group to use it as it sees fit. The information provided by users will be considered non-confidential and must be accurate, lawful, and not harmful to the interests of third parties.
Article 4 – Publications and Disclaimer Clause
All intellectual productions published on the Site by the SOMDIA group are for informational purposes and do not exempt the user from seeking appropriate information and advice tailored to their needs through conventional channels.
The user is solely responsible for using these intellectual productions and this use does not in any way engage the SOMDIA group.
The SOMDIA group strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated on the Site and reserves the right to correct or modify the content at any time and without notice.
However, the SOMDIA group cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, or completeness of the information made available on the Site, including all hyperlinks or any other computer link used directly or indirectly from the Site. Therefore, users are encouraged to verify the information through other means, including by contacting the SOMDIA group.
As a result, the SOMDIA group disclaims all liability for:
- Any inaccuracies, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information available on the Site;
- Any damages resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the Site;
- And more generally, for any direct or indirect damages, regardless of the causes, origins, nature, or consequences, caused by anyone’s access to the Site or the inability to access it, as well as the use of the Site and/or reliance on any information directly or indirectly from it.
The information disseminated on the Site should not be considered as an invitation to invest. They should not be interpreted as solicitation and do not constitute an offer to subscribe, purchase, or exchange shares or other securities of the SOMDIA group. They have not been subject to the required control by the authorized authorities in the context of public offering procedures or any specific due diligence.
Article 5 – Personal Data
The personal data provided by the user, especially through the forms on the Site, are reserved for the exclusive use of the SOMDIA group.
These data allow the group to manage relationships with users regarding recruitment, job offers, spontaneous applications, as well as subscriptions to any newsletters potentially published by the SOMDIA group or any other requests made by users.
The user has the right to access, rectify, and transfer their personal data. This right can be exercised by writing (with supporting documents of identity and signature) to SOMDIA S.A. – 39 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau – 75001 Paris – FRANCE, or by email to dpo@somdia.com. However, SOMDIA S.A. reserves the right to delete certain records from the database created by the data provided and to limit their number.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of personal data (known as the “GDPR”) which came into effect on May 25, 2018, and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on data processing, files, and freedoms, subsequently amended (known as the “Data Protection Act”), the SOMDIA group has developed a Privacy Policy applicable to the personal data it collects and processes.

Article 6 – Cookies and Other Trackers
When using the Site, cookies generated by the SOMDIA group’s computer servers may be automatically installed on the user’s computer. These cookies are used to measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits, and the user’s activity on the Site.
The user can refuse these cookies, change the configuration settings, or delete them using the cookie management form (or plugin) that appears when accessing the Site.
However, by setting the browser to reject cookies, some pages, areas, or features of the SOMDIA group’s Site or its partners’ Site may become inaccessible.

Article 7 – Links to Other Sites
The user agrees not to establish a link between the Site and another website without the express prior consent of SOMDIA S.A.
Under no circumstances could the SOMDIA group be held responsible for the consequences of accessing a site through a link to another site if this link was established without its consent.
Article 8 – Modification of these Terms and Conditions of Site Use
In the event of legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential developments, guidelines adopted by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), doctrine, recommendations from the CNIL, practices, or other changes, the SOMDIA group may revise or update these general conditions at any time and without notice, with the modifications applying only to the future.
